Wonders of nature

Musky breeze, pollen in air
flocks of sheep grazing
shepherd dogs and farm boys
sprinting across trenches uneven

Lavender and lillie’s
roses and daisy
bloom in the park
as drizzle touch their closed limbs
spreading them apart

Mother’s play flute, girls tip-toe and laugh
men sickle the wheat in sunshine
geese whistle and crows caw
as sun sets in the horizon

I sit and stroke
the paints of her, mother of all
struck by the sync and symmetry
and role-plays we impart
